About the San Saba Lawyer

From a family legacy that was strengthened though the struggles of the Great Depression, Marcus Wood’s roots run deep in San Saba County. After living abroad, he decided to pursue a career in law. His heart and family ties drew him back to practice in the Hill Country, first in Brownwood and now San Saba. Marcus has a practice centered on serving people and their families by first listening to them. He is proud to have formed strong bonds with clients to help them navigate the waters of estate planning and real estate succession.

When not practicing law, Marcus is involved at home with his wife and four kids. He also serves on the boards of ministries that align with his life goal to see God glorified in all that he does.
